Xerox Flowchart App
The client needed simple a way to map customers' business processes and highlight areas that could be improved.
The solution was a tablet-based flowchart creation tool, allowing users to drag and connect icons to create a diagram representing an organization's workflow. Elements in the process that affect efficiency are highlighted. Alternative streamlined ways of working can then be mapped and presented to the customer.
The app has been very well received within the organisation and is on its 3rd release.
